I made some pretty killer waffles. I did it by accident though.
I like cinnamon and sugar so i usually mix it into my batter with some vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and some syrup then i thought; while pouring the batter in, "what if i put a little bit of sugar on top. It might carmelize." Then it came out looking weird. Thought i jad failed but when i put some more syrup on top and ate it… it was probably the best waffle i had ever eaten in my life.
Others conpared it to the french toast ego's from walmart but 3x better.
