  1. Many mistakes. The eggs are overcooked, and they should have been marinated beforehand. This is a terribly strange ramen.

  2. I do exactly the same. But I cook the noodles in the soup with all the veg. For me, it is a one-saucepan meal. To be lazy, I will purchase a bag of stir-fry vegetables and throw them in with the chicken stock.

  3. LOVE me a good bowl of ramen! This looks hearty, healthy, and lovely.

    Any time I find myself at a ramen bar here in Omaha, I alwaya ask for an extra egg, haha. Can't get enough. 😉
