Lets the steam escape and keeps everything crispy. 2. So you can sneak a few chippies on the way home. You need better culture lessons.

  3. 1 fish n Chips shop vs another single Fish n Chips shop. You want to try it with good fish like Coral Trout, Bluebone or Red Emporer, instead of just Shark or Snapper.

  7. Best fish and chips I’ve had was in Tauranga NZ. The shop is on the dock, straight off the boat to the fryer.
