Today I tried Mothais sur Feuille, a traditional French goat cheese from the Poitou region 🇫🇷
Aged on a chestnut leaf, this small cheese develops a wrinkled rind and delicate flavors combining fresh goat tang, creamy texture and subtle earthy notes.

I never tried this cheese, but I remember LuisierAffineur's short on it! It's produced the same way since the 1850's. I need to get on my cheese journey 🙂

This would go great on sandwiches.
A german cheese: Harzer Käse/Handkäse
I'm someone who doesn't shy from a strong flavor, like a ripened Camembert or Brie, but Harzer cheese? No, thank you.
It seems to be favored by bodybuilders tho, for its high protein. Like Markus Rühl said: "Muss net schmecke, muss wirke."
🤎🐐🤎
Waitwaitwait what's the cat's name?????
I can help but notice the cat being more present, I think he want to taste the cheese too
The cat looks sneaky 😂 very cool idea with the leaf, hopefully I'll be able to make some cheese myself
Have you tried the freaky maggot cheese?
does anyone have recommendations for low intensity cheeses that are yummy? i've got super sensitive taste buds but i still wanna be able to enjoy cheese!
