Three Michelin Star Lecture Room & Library at Sketch in London England is one of the most beautiful dining rooms and greatest meals in the world. Renowned French chef Pierre Gagnaire has built a vibrant, colorful, and luxurious multi room, multi restaurant complex with one of the most creative restaurants both food and decor wise. I was blown away by everything under this roof.

The huge, unforgettable tasting menu lasted 5 hours and one of my favorite dishes was their Maldon salt-cured Cornish seabream & smoked trout corolla with Dorset cockles, rock samphire & sea beet, Chablis wine Beurre Blanc with Oscietra caviar and oyster ice-cream. Their bread service was top notch too. Kudos to Head Chef Daniel Stucki.
