Teaching Myself to Make French Pastries – Croissant Edition

Hey Buddies!
I am a hobbyist baker who has always really enjoyed French pastries and this year I am attempting to learn how to make them here in my home kitchen. Join me and my fuzzy buddies as I make some tasty treats!

This week I attempt to make croissants for the first time! They came out alright, but I think I would like to try a different recipe in the future.

I have gotten my recipes from “The Art of French Pastry” by Jacquy Pfeiffer and Martha Rose Shulman.
