  1. No need to take GLP1 if you can cut down or cut out the carbs, bread, pasta, pastry, candy , sugar which are so addictive to our brains. Cut out highly processed prepackaged food and eat food that has very few ingredients. Cut out the seed oil. As Dr Ken Berry says, eat Beef, butter, bacon and eggs. You will be satisfied because of the healthy fats, your stomach empties slower because the food takes longer to digest. Your blood sugar will not spike as it does with carbohydrates. Dr Berry has a free download that explains the food choices to get you started. As a 70 year old, I lost 40 pounds. I walk daily. The food noise has almost stopped, I eat 1 or 2 meals a day, no snacks. Normal A1C and blood sugar.

  2. The potatoes have 21 grams of carbs for a 1/4 of a cup. That is too many carbs if you're doing 20 grams or less. I will use the meatloaf recipe though. 😄😘

  3. Good for you miss. That looks delicious, comfort food at it's best. Determination and discipline you did it.

  4. I cut those type of onions saving the stem and root as one piece and plant…perpetual green onions and a few months later a whole new onion.

  5. Our brain needs high healthy fats, it also fills you up and keeps you satisfied for sooooo very long.. So important.!! Especially in menopause.
Sugar, simple carbs and starches are the healthy diet killers.

  7. Definitely gonna try this. How many portions does this make at the macros to put into the description?

  8. Soy sauce and a lot of salt 🧂 she added! But she has lost the weight! So? I would need to cut back on the salt

  9. Big bite there. You have really lost over 200 pounds? You don’t look like you have that kind of skin sagging. I wish I could see a picture of you before you lost the weight.

  10. I really can't stop spilling things today – it might be your hormones off a lottle today. Especially during menopause that is common.

  11. You can microwave a baked potato and just two or three minutes much much better for you in the long-term and the processed packaged potato with way too much sodium and who knows what kind of harmful ingredients, or a sweet potato text quickly in the microwave even a pan of boiling water it doesn’t take much time to cook real food. Sure you don’t feel any different after eating processed foods —you might get away with it for years and years, but just like smoking that will catch up with you and then there’s no going back.

  12. How is this low carb, eating it over potatoes, bread crumbs and all the dairy? And excessive skin? Where is it after that amount if weight loss. This is a farce.
