So, I was at my grandmother’s house a few days ago! She made me a recipe from my childhood: a leek, Comté cheese, and bacon tart, which is definitely my favorite tart ever.
So I tried to recreate it. It’s a fairly easy recipe and perfect for a winter dinner! ( Unfortunately, she didn’t reveal all her cooking secrets, so I tried to recreate it as best I could ) 😅

Ingredients:
– 2/3 leeks
– 4/5 shallots
– 125g bacon
– 5cL dry white wine
– 3 eggs
– 5cL milk
– 100g comté cheese
– 1 pie crust dough
– Black pepper

Pre-cook: 180*C – 10min – only the dough
Cooking: 180*C – 30/35min – full tart
