🦐 @theejaypenn teaches us how to make a Cajun classic on this episode of “Rice 100 Ways.” Fun fact: French cooking refers to their vegetable base as mirepoix, but in Creole cooking they switch out the carrots for bell pepper instead and call it “the holy trinity.” Garlic is also referred to as ” adding the pope.” Listen to all of @theejaypenn’s tips and tricks on our YouTube Channel! 🌶️ Find the recipe here: https://youtu.be/3DnOOvEhc2Q

Very comforting 😊
Did I just see beans?
yeah this is nonsense, you can't brown the andouille if it's added after and sitting on top of the vegetables, never can happen, so this whole video is a lie. this person should have refused the producers insistence this be one pan without browning the meats, and not trying to lie to us all
Looks delicious Thanks 👍❤
NOOO!!!! we already have potatoes 100 ways and it’s taken two years to get to the 50s.
This will be my craving for me to eat because it has shrimp❤
😀
Tasty is back….. is this a recession indicator????
At the bayou?
I've always wondered why you'd add shrimp at the beginning. It's an ingredient that takes 3 minutes to cook… and here it's being subjected to 30+ minutes of cooking.
