An EASY way to get in more protein and veggies (especially as a snacker)
It’s not meant to taste like the classic sour cream French onion dip. It actually gets better after a couple days in the fridge once the flavors come together. Creamy, savory, and something I keep on hand so snacking helps me hit my protein and veggie intake instead of working against it.
Simple, no stress, and perfect for mindless dipping.
Ingredients:
250g nonfat Greek yogurt
1 medium onion (135g)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp parsley
Salt + pepper to taste
Sliced veggies for dipping
