In this episode I visit Taittinger, one of the leading champagne houses of the world. We will check the process of making champagne. We’ll see what happens to the grapes after the harvest, how the bubbles are put into the bottle, , what remouage is, how they remove dead yeast from the bottle and we will see the bottling process.
