  3. So wonderful to see you today! This looks so delicious and easy too. Last time I made another of your French breads it was such a hit. I too love those USA pans, saw them in my cupboard a few days ago so maybe a sign for my next baking. I’m sorry I haven’t been able to watch everything lately, I’m having some tests and have been sick a bit. Plus our refrigerator went bad but the freezer part okay, so finally found out today it can be fixed next Tuesday. Thankfully we bought a nice mini fridge years ago for just such problems and have a big freezer downstairs. Salvaged all we could. Plus car issues at the same time!   4. Pretty fast bread. I love French baguettes. When you slash French bread always do it at an angle from center top down. Instead of straight across side to side.

  7. Hello I been making so much and haven’t been back over here. Hope everything is good with you and your family. Have you ever made sub rolls . I used that same thing , to bake my sub rolls in. I have made so many differnt kind. You’re the one that got me started. —And I still haven’t tried the sourdough method. After buying the starter from you😭. I bought that starter from you October 14.2025. I so scared once o start it, I will mess it up lol. So I’m so scared to try to get started.
