The whole concept of "Lactose intolerance" really needs reversing. The oddity is adult lactose tolerance, which is due to an adaptation that is really very late in various human populations. Later than pale skin and hair. It would be nice to see people saying they can't assume adult lactose tolerance, as opposed to declaring a large proportion of their customer base didn't keep producing a baby growth enzyme.
Don’t know where you got the idea that there isn’t a drinking culture in HK, almost everybody drink, even if there’s significant number of younger ones who don’t! And you’re forgetting the millions of mainlanders who drink copious amount, even the younger ones!
