   French Fries Lasagna
   Recipe
   Chicken 1/2kg
   Salt as per taste
   Black pepper 1/2 tsp
   Tandoori masala 1Tbs heap
   Garlic powder 1 tsp
   Cornflour 2TSP
   All purpose flour 2TBS
   1 egg
   Mix all ingredients and keep aside
   After 10 to 20 minutes fry until golden

   Next step
   4 cups of French fries 🍟
   You can take frozen
   Otherwise cut thick slices
   Blanche for 5min in salty water
   Coat with cornflour
   Fry until crisp
   U can fry double for best result

   White sauce
   Milk 400ml
   Oil 1TSP
   Butter 3TBS
   All purpose flour 4TBS
   Salt
   White mirch 1TSP
   Black pepper 1 tsp
   Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
   Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
   Chicken powder 1 tsp

   Fry flour in oil and butter until it changes the colour
   Add all ingredients and make white sauce

   Adjust spice level according to Ur taste
