🍽️ French Style Badalish in White Wine Garlic Sauce
Today I prepared a delicious European-style Badalish fish recipe inspired by classic French flavors. This dish is made with fresh garlic, onion, olive oil, lemon juice, white wine, and aromatic parsley, creating a light and flavorful sauce.
The fish is lightly coated with bread crumbs and pan-fried in a stainless steel pan until golden and crispy, then gently simmered in a rich white wine garlic sauce. The combination of citrusy lemon, mild spice from pepper, and the freshness of herbs makes this dish elegant and restaurant-style.
Perfect for special dinners, family gatherings, or when you want to try a simple French-inspired recipe at home.
Serve hot with mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables, or toasted bread for a complete European meal.
