STEAK:
910g (32oz) flank steak, thinly sliced
2g (½ tsp) baking soda
15g (1 Tbsp) water
10g (2 tsp) oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Let meat marinate in baking soda solution for at least 15 minutes before cooking for tenderization effect.
STIR FRY VEGGIES:
1 medium red onion
6 Roma tomatoes
2 stalks green onions
1 bundle chopped cilantro
STIR FRY SAUCE:
120g (1/2 cup) low sodium soy sauce
30g (2 Tbsp) oyster sauce
30g (2 Tbsp) red wine vinegar
1 orange bell pepper
1 habanero
10 cloves garlic
15g ginger (1” piece)
FRIES:
600g frozen French fries
Serve with:
150g (¾ cup) rice, dry
(Cook on side)

Air-fry-stir-fry steps:
Pre-heat air fryer to 400, or max temp.
Fries: 12 mins, place to side
Beef: 12 mins, place to side
Red Onions: ~8-10 mins
Tomatoes + gronions: ~8-10 mins
Mixed beef w sauce: ~5 mins

Split into 5 evenly sized servings, place over a very thin layer of rice, and enjoy! Store frozen and microwave for 5-6 mins to reheat.

Would probably make more sense air fry the fries when you're ready to eat. Soggy fries would be gross.
