  1. Ditch the almond milk because that’s complete garbage. Use real, 100% maple syrup, it’s better and will have minerals.

  2. Im trying to gain weight bc ive been skinny my whole life and been drinking smoothies with half a scoop of protein powder and eating atleast 700-1000 calories with it is that good or should i change anything

  4. Sometimes, even on diets, you need to understand and appreciate that certain foods are unhealthy by design and eating them is going to have consequences, but it is worth it. French toast, cake, and other sugary or fatty foods are fine in moderation. Enjoy them as they were designed, unhealthy, just don't let it get out of hand.

  5. I trust no one using whatever substance is claiming to be sugar free maple syrup. Everything else about the weight loss side was solid.

  6. I made a similar french toast with keto bread. I had 3 slices, and it threw me out of ketosis. Never again.

  7. Canned oil still has calories in it it's just the amount you are expected to use is so little it doesn't register as calories

  8. if you’re craving french toast, js make normal french toast…. it will satisfy your craving better and js enjoy food bc you’re not on this earth very long

  9. There's no such thing as sugar free maple syrup btw that's just corn syrup trash. And the egg yolks are the most nutritious part of the egg and it's most of the flavour. Getting rid of it is just dumb proana diet culture shit. No harm with low carb bread though.
