I followed the recipe exactly. However, I used a mixer. I did not mix the batter by hand. Could this possibly be the problem. And the color of my bread is totally off. I did add a tsp of Vanilla??? Please comment if you tried this recipe.

Also, in this short I said the cream cheese was warm.
It was not. And my butter was melted. It was not. As you can see in the video
I meant to say I have warming lights on the Viking stove. The cream cheese was room temp as well as the butter. Very soft but NOT melted.

I am going to ask the Steak and butter gal what I could have done wrong.

The internal temp was 208 which is fine for an enriched loaf.
I will give this another try. It does look so delicious and I was looking forward to eating it.
