Oh my! If you don’t love your Instant Pot now, make this recipe and then you will! In this video, I show you how to make a succulent French Dip sandwich using whole food ingredients (no powdered packets of flavorings!).
If you are more of a slow cooker fan, you can make this same recipe, but after you’ve browned the meat, just switch to slow cook mode for 8-9 hours on the more setting, rather than pressure cook.
In this video, I used a bottom round roast, but I’ve since found that I like a chuck roast much better. I also increased the Worcestershire sauce to 2 Tablespoons.
