  1. You know that if you overwork the burger you lose the little fissures from where the minced beef was extruded, this is where the fat goes to work on the meat.
    Burgers do look great tho 👍🏼

  2. Foie gras and caviar do NOT belong on a humble burger. Get that fancy crap out of here. Save it for the pretentious “elites” who like to fool themselves into thinking that fancy = better.
