  1. Indo-Fusion Paneer Potato Pie Recipe –

    INGREDIENTS –
    For Potato Base
    🥔 Potatoes (3–4 large, chopped)
    🧂 Salt (to taste)
    ⚫ Black pepper powder (½ tsp)
    🌶️ Cayenne / red chilli powder (½ tsp)
    🫒 Olive oil (1–2 tbsp)
    For Paneer Veggie Filling
    🛢️ Oil (1 tbsp)
    🧅 Onion (1 medium, chopped)
    🫑 Yellow bell pepper (½ cup, chopped)
    🫑 Red bell pepper (½ cup, chopped)
    🍅 Tomato puree (½ cup)
    ⚫ Black pepper powder (½ tsp)
    🌶️ Red chilli powder (1 tsp)
    🧀 Paneer (200–250 g, cubes/crumbled)
    🌿 Spring onion (2 tbsp, chopped)
    🧂 Salt (to taste)
    For Topping
    🧀 Grated cheese (lots & lots 😋)
    PROCEDURE –
    •⁠ ⁠In an oven-safe bowl, add 🥔 chopped potatoes, 🧂 salt, ⚫ black pepper, 🌶️ cayenne powder and 🫒 olive oil. Toss well.
    •⁠ ⁠Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes till soft and cooked.
    •⁠ ⁠Remove and mash nicely to form a smooth potato base.
    •⁠ ⁠Heat 🛢️ oil in a pan. Add 🧅 onion and sauté till soft.
    •⁠ ⁠Add 🫑 yellow & red bell peppers and cook for 2–3 minutes.
    •⁠ ⁠Stir in 🍅 tomato puree, ⚫ black pepper, 🌶️ red chilli powder and 🧂 salt. Cook till thick.
    •⁠ ⁠Add 🧀 paneer and 🌿 spring onion. Mix and cook for 2–3 minutes. Filling ready.
    •⁠ ⁠Spread this paneer veggie gravy evenly over the mashed potato base.
    •⁠ ⁠Top generously with 🧀 grated cheese.
    •⁠ ⁠Bake again for 15–20 minutes till cheese melts and turns golden.
    •⁠ ⁠Slice and serve hot — your cheesy, spicy Indo-Fusion Paneer Potato Pie is ready 🤍🔥✨
