  1. Brioche – by Léa French Pastry ✨
    Ultra-soft, fluffy brioche with an incomparable aroma 🤍

    To make it, simply follow the steps shown in my video 🎥

    📝 INGREDIENTS:
    • 500 g T45 flour
    • 180 g unsalted butter
    • 120 g lukewarm milk
    • 4 medium eggs + 1 yolk
    • 50 g sugar
    • 6 g fine salt
    • 5 g dry yeast
    • 1 whole egg + 1 tbsp water for egg wash

    ⏱️ PROOFING:
    • Let the dough rise for 2 hours after kneading
    • Once in the mold, let it rise for 1 additional hour

    🔥 BAKING:
    180°C (356°F) for about 40 minutes, static heat
