Instructions 1. Grease a 9×13 baking dish. 2. Spread bread cubes evenly in the dish. 3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and melted butter. 4. Pour mixture over bread. Press gently so everything gets soaked. 5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight (best texture!) —OR— Bake right away if needed. 6. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 40–45 minutes, until puffed and golden.

Mix together: • ½ cup brown sugar • ½ cup flour • 1 tsp cinnamon • 4 tbsp cold butter (cut in)
