Ingredients:-
McCain French Fries
Oil for frying

For the Salsa:-
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
1 Jalapeno, finely chopped
Coriander leaves
Salt
Juice of ½ a lemon

For the Cheese Sauce:-
2 tsp. Butter
1 tsp. All purpose flour (Maida)
1 cup milk
Salt, to taste
Paprika powder
½ cup Cheese, grated’

For the Assembly:-
Jalapenos, sliced
Coriander leaves
Black Olives, sliced
Lemon juice

Method:-
– Fry the frozen McCain French Fries in oil for 3 minutes.
– In a bowl mix all the salsa ingredients together.
– In a saucepan, heat butter, add all-purpose, whisk it well and cook for a minute.
– Add milk, salt, paprika powder and cook until sauce thickens.
– Once the sauce thickens add grated cheese.
– Assemble the dish as shown and serve.
