✨Kelly’s journey started at the Art Institute in Santa Monica, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Culinary Management and she was classically French trained. From there, she joined Firenze Osteria in Studio City—first as Garde Manger Chef, then as Pastry Chef—working alongside owner and Top Chef star Fabio Viviani to help open and run the restaurant.

Her talent didn’t go unnoticed. Kelly was invited to appear as a featured chef on “Grill It! with Bobby Flay” on the Food Network 🔥

She later headed to New York to attend the French Culinary Institute, earning her Master Pastry Grande Diplôme, before returning home to launch her own catering and private chef business in Thousand Oaks.

Oh, and did we mention she was the Team Chef & Nutritionist for the 2012 Olympic Water Polo Team on their road to London? 🥇🇺🇸

Kelly then brought her pastry expertise to The Butter End in Santa Monica as a specialty wedding cake designer—creating edible art that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.
