I would like some ideas to elevate this small toilet and make it feel more alive without changing what I already have? How would you guys add decoration to this small space?
It looks just fine as is. Neat and tidy. Anything more would make it look cluttered.
I’m curious, what sort of thing were you thinking? You can’t out anything on the wall because of the tiles. You’ve already got the shelf…what more could it possibly need? It’s a toilet!

Maybe put the toilet paper rolls in the cabinet. Not sure they are needed to decorate the cabinet AND the shelf.

Low effort: hide the toilet paper and lean some art on the shelf with the decorations. Slightly more effort: hide the toilet paper and use command strips to hang some art.

I would not add anything. I would try to camouflage the visible PVC pipe, perhaps by painting it to blend with the tile. Decor-wise, I would actually prefer this space without the cabinet if you can spare the storage.
