Foodies and Friends- The PX Project and Cafe

PX is a French restaurant industry term for VIP it’s short for personnes extraordinaire.
Located in Building 5 at The Garden – 6856 Bellaire Blvd – the PX Café joins Eat Drink HTX with a 2 course $15 lunch this year. But behind the kitchen door a lot more than making sandwiches is going on.

Katie Stone talks with founder, Meredith Davis about the project explaining how it is much more than a culinary school, and Culinary Director Cesar Cano highlights the food and the young people involved in the process.

Eat Drink HTX is a two-week-long charity dining event developed for casual and fast casual restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops & food trucks! $15 and $25 fixed price meals for brunch, lunch, and dinner menus gives more eateries the opportunity to participate while allowing diners to Dine Out & Do Good in February!
