  4. You know what man, I would love to, but you're seasoning is 80% more expensive than everything else next to it on the shelf at the grocery store and I can't justify that. Maybe that's their fault not yours, but dangit this sure does looks good!!

  6. Chuck some pan-browned kielbasa in there for some tasty protein would be good to. Cut up n brown while the soup is simmerin, then chuck it all in. Fat too.

    Or, maybe brown up the kb n onions first. Maybe even carrot disks too. Then add the cabbage n broth an simmer up dat bad boi.

    Variations are endless…

  8. Dan O says to throw out the core of your cabbage. The core is my favorite part. I only throw out a very small sliver of the cut end. I slice the core into 1/4-1/2 slices and add to whatever I’m cooking. I like mine el dente.
    I will do the same thing with the stalk of broccoli and core of cauliflower. As a kid I would eat the cabbage core raw . It never went to waste.
