How to make French 75 but using Sparkling Tea Saicho
Ingredients
-40ml Gin
-20ml Lime Juice
-3 scoops of Sugar
-Saicho Sparkling Wine (Darjeeling)

Procedures
1.Add 2 Shots of Gin,1 Shots of Lime Juice and 3 scoops of Sugar into Boston Shaker
2.Stirred or Dry Shake for 10 seconds to dissolves the Sugar
3.Add Ice and Wet Shake for 30 seconds approximately
4.Strained into Champagne Glass and top up with Saicho Sparkling Tea (Darjeeling)
Taste:Bright,Zesty,Light and Floral but they doesn’t taste a alcohol on it because of the non-alcoholic sparkling tea though.
