An easy way to thicken hot chocolate is with a spoonful of flour mixed with cold water. Beat well and strain into the hot chocolate so there are no lumps, and then whisk the hot chocolate on the heat until it thickens. It's how we do it in Spain! You should try it sometime! 😀
