Healthy Crispy Sweet Potato Recipe ✅

📝 Ingredients (1 serving)
• Sweet Potato – 1 medium (200–220 g)
• Salt – ½ tsp (adjust to taste)
• Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
• Amchur Powder – ½ tsp
• Peri Peri Masala – ½ tsp
• Olive Oil – 1 tsp
• Cornflour – 1 tsp
• Water – for boiling
• Ice-cold water – for dipping

👨‍🍳 Method (Step by Step)
1. Peel and cut the sweet potato into fry-shaped sticks.
2. Boil them in hot water for 2 minutes only.
3. Immediately transfer to ice-cold water to stop cooking.
4. Drain and pat dry completely using a clean dry cloth.
5. Add salt, red chilli powder, amchur, peri peri masala and olive oil.
6. Mix well so all fries are evenly coated.
7. Add cornflour and mix again lightly.
8. Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, shaking halfway for even crispiness.
