🧈 Butter – 1 tbsp
🫒 Olive oil – 1 tsp
🍲 Vegetable broth – 3 cups
🌱 Thyme / Bay leaf – 1
🥛 Fresh cream / plant cream – ¼ cup
🧂 Salt – to taste
⚫ Black pepper – ½ tsp
