Old New York glamor, French food, and martinis ✨
Located in a repurposed office building with a mercantile past, Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser brings a modernized French brasserie to downtown Manhattan at The Wall Street Hotel at La Marchande
☁️ At the helm of La Marchande, Chef Fraser oversees a modernized French chophouse. Signature menu highlights include French Onion Dumplings, brioche pull-apart bread, tableside-roasted Bone Marrow in a baguette, broiled East Coast oysters, and Lobster Ravioli. Staying true to the chophouse spirit, their Prime Cuts take center stage, with special attention given to the ‘Aged Long Island Duck.’
🍫 Don’t skip out on dessert! The pastry program, led by Chef Sofia Schlieben offers the “Valrhona Chocolate Fondue”, which arrives with a tower of an array of treats to dip such as churros, pâte de fruits, double chocolate brownies and blondies.
🍷 La Marchande boasts a 200+ French-focused wine list alongside their aperitif cocktails. If you’re up for it, order La Marchande’s signature Vermouth Flight. Or, try a “Boozy Mignonette,” a thimble-sized spirit infusion to sip with your oysters!
🎧 Visit on Thursdays, when La Marchande hosts Tunes, Towers and Martini night, which features a DJ, buy-a-tier-get-a-tier seafood towers and $15 Tuxedo Martinis, or snag a seat at the La Marchande bar every Tuesday for a pairing of burgers and wine, for $35.
