This French chocolate fondant has my heart! I grew up eating these in Paris which we call “fondant au chocolat”. It’s the perfect treat when you need a simple and quick indulgent recipe + added a kick of collagen 🍫 find the recipe below!

Ingredients
150g dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsalted butter
A pinch sea salt
1/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 scoop collagen powder

Method
1. Melt the butter and chocolate. Set aside.
2. Whisk eggs and sugar together in a large bowl until fluffy and pale.
3. Pour melted chocolate mixture in the bowl, add salt, and mix well.
4. Add flour and collagen powder, mix again to just combine.
5. Pour in ramekins or silicone mold and bake at 410• F for 12 minutes.
