From Delhi to Paris: A Curry With a French Accent!
This recipe was born over the Christmas holidays, cooking for family. What started as a lovingly spiced butter chicken quickly became far too hot for the little ones at the table. Instead of starting over, my sister improvised — reaching not for more cream, but for French technique.
A spicy, tomato-based North Indian–style chicken curry, softened and balanced with French béchamel and coconut cream — not to dilute the flavour, but to tame the heat and elevate the texture.
What began as a save became a signature. This dish is now part of our family recipe book. A true culinary fusion where Indian spice meets French intention.

  3. Ek woon in Kstd maar grootgeword inni bosveld. Heeltemal vani punt af wil ek 'n opmerking maak. Behalwe kook is my ander hobby bonsai. As ek daar by jou was is dit wat ek sou doen. Sê maar net
