Egg cups- Mix together eggs & milk. I did about 18 eggs. In the bottom of a muffin tin I added ham, spinach and bell pepper. Then I poured the eggs over – fill the muffin tin about 3/4 of the way full. Bake at 300 for 30 mins. This one is a great way to clean out the veggies in your fridge!
Protein balls- Mix together- 1 cup quick oats 3/4 cup peanut butter 1/3 cup honey 1/2 cup ground flax or chia seeds 1 scoop protein powder- I like the clean simple eats vanilla Mini chocolate chips Roll into balls- freeze and they are way to grab!
French toast muffins- 1/2 loaf of bread or French bread 2 cups milk 8 eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 cup syrup
Push bread crumbs into muffin tins- about half way full. Then pour the egg mixture over and bake for 25 mins at 350!
