Crowd-pleasing French dip sliders made easy with Omaha Steaks Fully Cooked Pot Roast are perfect for game day!
How to make French dip sliders
Cook Time: 60 Minutes
Serves: 12 Sliders
Ingredients
1 – 2 lb. Omaha Steaks Fully Cooked Pot Roast, thawed
陆 sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 loaf of rolls, 12 count
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
6 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Add a layer of sliced onions to the bottom of a baking dish, then top with the pot roast
and its juices.
3. Cover with tin foil and bake for 50 minutes, then use two forks to shred the meat.
Reserve the liquid as an au jus.
4. Melt the butter with garlic to make a garlic butter spread.
5. Slice a loaf of rolls in half, then add half of the garlic butter on the bottom half and toast
the bottom block of rolls until it starts to turn light brown.
6. Remove from the oven, add a layer of cheese, then the shredded meat, then more
cheese. Top with the top half of the rolls and baste with the remaining garlic butter.
7. Bake for a few more minutes until the cheese melts. Serve the sliders with the au jus.
