Want girl dinner but still need protein… all I’m missing is a side of french fries
Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad 😋
– season and cook a few chicken breast until internal temp of 165 (about 5-6 minutes on each side)
– while chicken is cooking, make caesar dressing
– in a mixing bowl combine 2 tsp dijon mustard, juice of half a lemon, 2 tsp worcestershire sauce, a cup of mayo, a few cloves of minced garlic, 1/3 cup of parmesan and some pepper
– chop 2 romaine hearts, wash and spin
– remove cooked chicken from skillet and set to the side to rest
– cook rotini pasta according to box directions, drain, rinse and let cool as to not wilt the romaine lettuce
– dice chicken into bite size pieces
– combine lettuce, chicken, pasta and dressing in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated
– top with croutons and parmesan

Unfortunately I think a lot of people are missing the point and concept of a girl dinner. This is regular dinner, Girl dinner is something like 2 grapes, a few pieces of salami, a cheese stick, 7 raspberries, and a couple salted nuts.

btw you have to add like a handful of salt to pasta water if you want it to do anything at all, just get the morton’s salt
