In honor of my fast food cookbook releasing this week, I’m sharing my fav recipe from my first cookbook! Find it on sale in my bio❤❤❤❤

Recipe:

(Toast)

✩ 2 slices bread (I used natures own life honey wheat)

3/4 cup egg whites

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp cinnamon

dash sweetener

(Toppings)

2 tbsp Protein Brownie Batter (recipe on last post)

1/3 cup blueberries

1. Preheat pan to medium

2. Mix egg whites, cocoa, cinnamon, and sweetener

3. Dunk bread in egg whites and let the bread absorb as much of the egg whites as possible (may take a few flips).

4. Place bread on pan and flip once bottom has set. Keep flipping until bread is golden brown. Bread should have puffed up a little cause of the egg whites.

5. Top toast and enjoy 🙂
