I’m so happy to finally share our working fireplace — a long-awaited dream since moving into this house — now lighting up the lounge and naturally gathering us together. I also spend time baking for a sewing day with friends, preparing matcha panna cotta and traditional cannelés inspired by a recent visit to Bordeaux.
After many months of patient work, a tapestry project finally comes to completion and is ready to be turned into a cushion. Along the way, you’ll see moments of creativity, nature walks, city wandering, and those in-between pauses that make winter feel slower and more intentional.

This was another just beautiful video all around. I also got myself a large bouquet of tulips this week. I can hardly wait for spring and all that comes with it. I do though also enjoy a cozy day in front of the fire with a good book. I noticed the beautiful book by Luke Edward Hall on your table. I love watching him and his partner and their whippet dog decorating their tree and table for guests on Christmas and showing their treasured collections.
