Fakeaway night just levelled up with these Fish & Chips.

Ingredients 👇

Fish:
✨ 300g cod or basa fillets (defrost if frozen)
✨ 10g flour + 1 tsp baking powder + seasoning of choice (lemon pepper works great)
✨ 20g panko + 10g flour + more seasoning (lemon pepper)
✨ 1 egg + splash of water (you’ll only use about half)

Fries:
✨ 500g potato, peeled, washed & cut into fries
✨ 1/2 tsp olive oil
✨ Seasoning of choice — chicken salt is elite

Spicy “Tartare” Sauce:
✨ 100g plain yogurt
✨ 20g perinaise (or spicy mayo)
✨ Juice of 1/2 lemon
✨ Pickled jalapeños or pickles, roughly chopped
✨ Dried chives
✨ Salt & pepper to taste

Method:
✨ Coat your fish: seasoned flour → egg wash → panko mix.
✨ Fry until golden and crispy.
✨ Air fry your chips with oil + seasoning.
✨ Mix your quick tartare sauce ingredients together.
✨ Plate with lemon wedges and enjoy the crispiest weeknight fakeaway 🙌
