Holstein’s has been my favorite burger place here in Vegas ever since they opened at the Cosmo. Tried the new location for the first time just this past Sunday-and despite the slightly smaller menu, it’s terrific.
Anytime I have out of town guests come visit-Holstein’s has always been a go to spot for a great burger.

But yeah, the burgers are delicious. Happy hour and reverse happy hour specials are a great deal too. They also have GF buns which delights my wife. I had a shake and a burger once and I've never been so full!
Love a good burger ! Which is hard to find nowadays…. this joint looks legit!! I'm a purist when it comes to a good burger . The burger medium, cheese, a killer bun , salt n pepper and perhaps your homemade ketchup and that's it… oh and whole dill pickles and don't forget the fries ❤❤

Some of the Hamburger Buns look dry and falling apart, that irritates me with a burger. But I still want to check it out. Thanks for the review
You seem to be a cheese “snob.” Chiz Wiz is wonderful! There is a reason why it is placed on a Philly Cheese Steak.
I would've been sold just on the fries, I think. I make my own triple cooked fries since mist places here use frozen "CYSCO" fries. Whoever makes homemade fries do a soggy shoestring, which I like. But I love thick triple cooked the most. 🤙

EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE I HAVE A SMASH BURGER….BUT MY PREFERENCE IS LIKE YOURS….THICK …RARE…AND JUICY….I WILL TRY THIS PLACE ON YOUR RECOMMENDATION…..WAS IT MY EYES…OR WERE THOSE BUNS ON THE DRY SIDE????? IF I WAS EATING THE FRIES…IT WOULD BE PLAIN FRIES….THE AIOLI FRIES LOOKED A LITTLE TO SOGGY….SOMETIMES SIMPLE IS BETTER….SAME WHEN IT COMES TO HAMBURGERS.
