Excellent journey 😊
best of luck to him, seems like a great chef
Billion dollar insight to max profits and charity donations. Problem where the beautifully chef plated restaurant or hotel dish gets wobbled out of shape due to wait staff inexperienced or tired (overworked) hands/arms. The dish served to the guests look different to what the chef plated or last seen. Business opportunity to solve this problem with 1. Mechanical – mountain bicycle stabilising tech (non-battery), 2. DJI gimbal gyroscope and car stabilising tech integrated into skirted food trolleys where beautiful waitress push the trolley of food to the guest table. This solves 88% of the risks where the food gets wobbled or shaken out of shape.
This is awesome
Proud of him and hehe I am very sure that there's plan that he's coming back to SG and start something himself…. CNA reporting + the sharing he did…. But still, welcome him and will love to try out his new place soon
What a mad inspiration Sebas!
All the best Sebas. All your friends and family in Singapore are rooting for you.
wa when bro presenting his dish to the boss, I also feel stressed sia
inspirational and humble! lovely coverage of Sebastian's journey
yall better not go UK/US for one month then step accent ah, look at this fella
Best wishes to you
Big props, but a CDC is not the head of the restaurant ?
All the best ! Sebas ! Make Singapore proud ! & be Happy !😃
Oh I know Corey , one of former French Laundry's Chefs
Not every Sebastian Wong gets to meet a Corey Lee. A beautiful story.
Wtf is a Singaporean laksa lol
Toasting belacan in the apartment..whoa, fearless..😅
After eating the meal still need to cook maggi mee to fill the stomach 😅
Sebastian is cute though 😂
Good stuff bro ! 487
Asia's people very hard working
Eh NOBODY should ever yell at a subordinate or fellow colleague!!!!! I dont give a flying fig about who you are. No GOOD BOSS would EVER resort to scolding and yelling. You can tell people CALMLY where they went wrong WITHOUT raising your voice. That's the ADULT AND PROFESIONAL way.
How come nobody’s suddenly an expert on mask now? If this were a hawker centre, half of you NEA /SFA gurus wannable would already be yapping “mask, mask, mask, mask” like it’s your personality trait.
omg that dog at his apt!
Way to go, Sebastian! Rooting for ya!
Love to see it as a Singaporean. Hope to try Benu sometime.
CNA Insider team is doing such good job in producing these short documentaries like this .
I’ve crossed paths with Sebastian in school and he’s a great guy! Proud of him!
I’m really loving this episode, what a treat seeing our fellow Singaporeans archiving something magical ❤😊
All the best to his passion as a chef and made Singapore proud 🎉🎉🎉
you know this guy is not just a great chef, but a decent dude, based on how his other Singaporean roommates talk about him. proud of you man!
In the flex culture of today with so many CDCs wearing their Rolexes and Pateks in the kitchen (especially in video features), our bro here is rocking the humble Casio F91W. THIS is the mark of a true and humble practitioner.
Awesome stuff, sg pride!
Very inspiring. Keep it up, Sebastian.
Sebastian used to be my mentor when I first stepped into the industry. Although I have decided not to continue , I will always remember his kindness and charisma when he is in the kitchen. Hard working is an understatement! Same to his roommates , they are all admirable people.
Jiayou chef, happy to see you doing well 😊
So proud of our fellow Sinkie, looking forward to tasting food from your own restaurant some day back in sg!
Bro why his running form so weird?
Laksa gravy way too lemak…
I love singaporeans who venture out of their comfort zone whether it is to work or study abroad.
So happy to see this video. Proud of you Sebastian !
