About us,
We are a family from the North-East of England following our dream to restore a beautiful abandoned french Château. We discovered the heart stopping Château De Lalacelle in summer of 2020, this beautiful architectural monument Is set in the countryside of North-West France.
The moment we visited the Château we all fell in love, from the beautiful sweeping landscape and forests, to its stunning untouched interiors and magnificent spiral staircase in the turret.
Unfortunately Château De Lalacelle has been abandoned for a number of decades so will need a lot of restoration and DIY.

This might be too late but if you do more ceiling decorative attachments you might try using a dowel the same o smaller size of you drill bit. Push a dowel up through the holes and guide them into the ceiling holes to use as a guide to push up the decoration. Remove one dowel and replace with the screw. Then do the same for the next dowel.
Loved the intro with the music from Swan Lake. However it does make me laugh because it reminds me of a Morcambe and Wise film where they are dressed in ballet regalia trying to evade an evil killer.😄

More gold paint!? I can't wait to see them finished and how you choose to embellish them. Have you decided on the mural? Harvest scene? I find clouds are too moody for me.. not a fan of them on ceilings. I sent an email for inspiration. I've never sent you one before so check your junk mail lol

How were you able to get Spielberg to do your landscape montages? So good with your music selections! Your estate is gorgeous in winter!! Great job so far on your ceilings, they're going to be magnificent for sure. Difficult and heavy to work with plaster; can you imagine the weight of them in places like Castle Howard? Every thing looks great. Only thing I saw is you need to sand the ceiling a little bit on the small room to make it perfect.

The exterior shots are breathtakingly beautiful, and, as always, the music was perfect! The ceiling in the vestibule looks great! The moldings that are started in the dining room look fantastic. The cinematic drone shots with the beautiful music was stunning in this episode. Lovely to see the winter wonderland of the Chateau grounds when we've been having 40 degree Celsius days here in Sydney. The progress inside the Chateau is exciting as well. Thanks for sharing with all of us.

I have always been a lover of the arts. Especially architectural and an asthete with a high regard to the artesian who created it. A grand home can be acquired by someone with means but for me the beauty is not just the piece or the home but craftsmanship that made it. You all are the heartbeat of the Chateau.
