Not only is the ”wine expert” a Dutch singer who is almost certainly not a wine expert, but the wine can clearly be seen to be from 2020 and is a (quite decent) €35 euro white wine from Rueda in Spain, made to be drunk within a few years of bottling.
For all those saying it is water in a red wine bottle – you’re all as dumb as those believing the wine actually is a 45 year old white.

Firstly, waiters don't claim to be "wine experts". Also, when a small amount of wine is poured, it's so the drinker can smell it. Not to see if they like the wine, it's to identify any faults with it. So, neither the waiter or the "expert customer" seem to have a clue. For what it's worth, I have a Diploma in the subject and over a decade in the industry. So I am an expert. Not some rich bloke who just tastes wines in many restaurants "all over the world".
