  1. Im French and whenever I have a steak or chicken and can’t finish it, I just freeze what’s left and when I have enough frozen leftovers I get them through the blender and cook them in an Hachis Parmentier

  2. This looks great but you are cooking your meat 3 times? Knowing braised beef at least some of it has to be dry no? Maybe remove the meat put it to the side pull and then reduce the sauce and add the meat 🙂

  3. Didn’t even realise what haggis was my mum would make it when I was a kid man turns out it’s actually very good for.. was this or mince and tatties with a pint of irn bru.. lengendary
