  1. A fusy chef thing but blanching and peeling yoir alomonds for a romesco improves the look and texture.

  2. If you do a part 2 to this you should do a carbonara. A girl I dated a few years ago made that for our second date. She's my wife now.

  3. Not mussels, too much messiness on the hands. Not sexy. Also to be sexy pasta should be short noodles that easily fit in your mouth without having to make a weird look.

  4. Pro tip… if you're gonna do this tomato con fit, put all the herbs and garlic in FIRST. then put the tomatoes on top… vine-down. That way, everything is fully submerged from the start, and you don't have to try and shove things around or anything.

  5. I'm channeling my in Adam Ragusea, but can we dispense with the fancy vinegars? Please? This is a huge expense (to have the 18k kinds). The benefit is near zero. Use white win and add the flavors want. You don't need thousands of vinegars in your pantry.
