• 150 g smoked pork belly “GERMES”
• 130 g “Adygeyskiy” cheese
• 80 g pitted olives
• 150 g olive oil
• 150 g milk
• A bunch of fresh herbs (parsley / dill / green onions)
• Salt and pepper to taste

🔥 Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (390 °F).
2. Prepare a loaf pan: grease with oil and line with parchment paper.
3. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
4. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and olive oil.
5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
6. Add chopped pork belly, olives, grated cheese, and herbs; gently mix.
7. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out dry.
8. Let it cool slightly — the flavor develops even better!

🍽 Serving:
