  2. I like the idea of planning meals, and you choose what the menu will be for the day according to what you feel like making each day. Thanks!

  4. Terrific video today. You continue to inspire me with meals. I wonder how you do it all, working full time, and preparing healthy and delicious meals for you and your family. I also appreciate how fluent you are in English. I hope you are staying warm in Paris.

  5. Happy New Year Diane. This is another excellent video health and variety centric. I like your idea of shopping not only for the best ingredients but also for the best prices.
I recognize the street market you open with. I believe it’s Marché Bastille on Blvd Richard-Lenoir. Several years ago I stayed in 😢fifth floor walk up apartment on Rue de Lappe across from the Balajo dance club. Very vibrant area especially at night.
I still go to Paris annually but have been staying in the 5th rue Cardinal Limoine and also in the 9th on Rue Anvers for a couple of days before departure. Recently I’ve been exploring the Vienne (86) and the wonderful villages in that department particularly La Trimouille. Twice in 2025. Hope to return this year too.
For now I am very content staying in Chilly Cape May, NJ enjoying your wonderful videos. Merci…Joseph.

I too make a weekly meal plan which makes my life much easier and forces me to eat properly, otherwise dinner would be just toast! Have a lovely week. Greetings from Australia x

Great recipes as always – the shrimp with coriander and the creamy chicken with mushrooms look delicious, I’m looking forward to trying them😊 Thank you! Have a great week!

  10. In the voice of Lawrence Fishburne, "Will someone please give this lady a bigger pot!" 🙂 IYKYK. Anyway, I do enjoy your videos. Thank you for sharing.

  11. Brown the meat in small batches, then saute the vegetables then compile the dish to let it simmer. Bigger pot. Looks good though. This makes me want to go shopping at a farmers market for vegetables.
