Very dry wine! Very French wine! Much better in a larger wine glass so the aromatic compounds can really be released and enjoyed to the fullest! Also highly recommend pouring this wine into a decanter for breathing because that should soften the wine much more for those of us who are sensitive about extremely dry wines!
